I should have been studying, but who can when these Laughing Kookas are making a ruckus? I desperately tried to catch a complete “laughing cycle” but I was unsuccessful, still though I had fun having these companions in my backyard.
I recently graduated in medicine from Townsville, Australia, and I still enjoy writing blogs on medicine and pharmacy-related topics. We live on Reunion Island which is a French island and has similar weather and humidity than some part of the Americas. During all my childhood to adulthood, I always saw that cacao tree making these cacao pods and I thought to myself… I am going to make chocolate.
Almost every morning, there is this special calling from an unknown bird so I decided to investigate the specimen that created that sound. I noticed that the bird made three distinct noises. One deep continuous “coo coo coo” but the other two are really strange to describe.
